I have had requests for "Richard's cricket move of the day".  Well you can't have one as the joy about cricket is that although its called a sport, you spend most of the day NOT moving.

My porno film of the week?  Unfortunately I haven't seen one this week, but I did read about one in FHM which had a good name - Saving Ryan's Privates its called.

In the Kitchen with Richard.  Not yet - wait until November when my new kitchen will be installed and then you can join me there.

Spliff Rolling an expert guide. - Tip of the week.  When rolling the paper over before you lick the gum, sometimes it gets very slippy making it difficult to complete the manoeuvre.  When this happens, put the semi-rolled joint down, lick the tips of your fingers and try again.  It's amazing the difference this tip makes.  Tune in next week for more help and advise.
